"Vestnik Foruma" (information bulletin) has been published since 1996 (from 500 to 3000 copies, license PI #77-5818 dated 11/30/2000). "Vestnik" is disseminated by mail to 198 regional NGOs of the "Forum", parliamentarians of the State Duma of the RF and government officials responsible for migration policy. It is also mailed to Russian human rights NGOs, foreign organizations and foundations.
"Vestnik" is very popular at human rights press-conferences, seminars, round tables and congresses. "Vestnik" articles are also available online.

The Information Agency "Migration"
The Information Agency "Migration" (IAM) is the main instrument of the Forum ..."’s influence on migration policy of the Russian Federation. The articles produced by the IAM are published in major Russian newspapers: "Izvestiya", "Rossiyskaya Gazeta", "Parlamentskaya Gazeta", "Novaya Gazeta", "Moskovskiye Novosti", "Literaturnaya Gazeta", etc. Regional affiliates of the IAM are being created on the bases of experienced migrants’ NGOs of the "Forum…" (grant from the "Liberty Road" program of the Swiss Embassy). The aim of the branches is to publish articles supporting migrants in regional media outlets.
The leader of the IAM, Chief of the Executive Committee of the "Forum ...", well-known journalist – Lidia Grafova published about 350 articles on migration in different Russian and foreign newspapers.
In 2001 L. Grafova received an award in honor of Andrey Sakharov "For Journalism as a Deed". In 2002 Lidia Grafova was awarded by the Ombudsman on the human rights in the Russian Federation Mr. Mironov as "Best Human Rights Journalist". In 2003 the Russian Journalists Union presented Lidia Grafova with an award "For Professional Excellence".
