Lobby the law "On Repatriation"; conception of this law was developed by the "Forum"’s lawyers;
Strive for positive changes in the repressive laws "On Citizenship" and "On Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation";
Structure the Movement of migrants, create Committees on Migration at the Representative Offices of the President of the Russian Federation in Federal regions;
Participate in the development of the "Plan of Actions" outlined in the Conception of Regulation of Migration Processes in the Russian Federation";
Initiate the development of the regional migration programs;
Create a network of Social-Business Centers (SBC) on the bases of 7 migrants’ NGOs (mutual adaptation of migrants and local population);
Further develop the regional network of the Information Agency "Migration";
Carry out a Contest of Drawings for children-migrants "World Without Tears";
Continue the humanitarian action "From Hand to Hand".
Current migration policy of our state transforms Russia into a county of "closed doors". This causes thousands of tragedies of our compatriots, who are called "foreigners" by their historical motherland. Again, this might become a disaster for the country experiencing demographic crisis. Our "Forum…" is capable of influencing the "lost" migration policy. During 7 years of its productive activities the mass migration movement turned into a real strength, which cannot be ignored by the government.
